Official Rules for Vamp Your Home Facebook Giveaway - 5-16 September 2020
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to residents of Western Australia who are able and willing to collect the prize from within the City of Fremantle. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decision of Vamp Your Home as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Sunday 5 September 2020 and ending on Wednesday 16 September at 5.00pm WST.
4. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by liking and commenting on the giveaway post on Facebook. You must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize.
5. Prizes: The Winner of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive the Sara Clarke designed plant pot with tray and plant as shown in the post photo, valued in total at $49.00. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Vamp Your Home. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Vamp Your Home's discretion. No substitution of prize or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Vamp Your Home to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of Vamp Your Home. The Winner will be notified by Messenger within two (2) days following selection of Winner. Vamp your Home shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to security settings or non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Collection by the Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
8. Rights Granted by You: By participating, You understand and agree that Vamp Your Home shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media your entry, name, and statements about the Campaign for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
9. Terms & Conditions: Vamp Your Home reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Vamp Your Home's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Vamp Your Home may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Vamp Your Home reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Vamp Your Home and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (ii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: This Campaign is governed by the laws of Australia and Western Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, email janehammond20@gmail.com. Requests must be received no later than 20 September 2020, 5.00pm WST.

15. Facebook: The Campaign hosted by Vamp Your Home is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
